Have You Heard the Gospel?

There is a world full of hurting people who are searching for hope and purpose. There are people everywhere who don’t know they can be rescued and redeemed in this life and for eternity. My number one priority as a follower of Christ is to share the gospel. To tell people that Jesus is the way! That if they call on the name of Jesus, they will be saved!

But how can they call on Him to save them unless they believe in Him? And how can they believe in Him if they have never heard about Him? And how can they hear about Him unless someone tells them? – Romans 10:14 NLT

Have you heard the gospel?

God loves you and wants to have a relationship with you now and for eternity, but your sin separates you from Him.

Yes, you are a sinner. We all are. And sin leads to death. (Spiritual death for eternity.)

Your own attempts at goodness will never be good enough for a holy God.

But because God loves you, He sent His Son, Jesus, to pay the price for your sin with His death on the cross and to reconcile you to Himself.

When you make Jesus your Lord and Savior, your sin and death are exchanged for His righteousness and life. God no longer sees your sin; He sees His Son.

You become a recipient of God’s grace, His redeemed child, and an heir to all His promises for this life and for eternity.

None of that is true for you if you have not confessed Jesus as your Lord and Savior.

If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, don’t wait another moment. You never know when it might be your last.

A – Acknowledge that you are a sinner in need of a Savior.

B – Believe that Jesus died to pay the price for your sins.

C – Confess that Jesus is Lord.

If you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. – Romans 10:9 CSB

If you made the decision to follow Jesus, welcome to the family! Now tell someone. Find a Bible-believing church family to be part of. Get a Bible and read it every day. (The Bible is God’s love letter to His children.) And share the good news with others so they can be saved, too. Click here for a shareable resource.
